Monthly billing and cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew until canceled. Checkout shows the currency, tax and final total before you pay. Zeeggle’s free first conversation is separate from a paid subscription.

Manage a Paddle subscription from your web purchase page or the link in your receipt email. Cancellation at the end of the billing period stops the next renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends.

Refund requests

Request a refund through Paddle’s billing support. Review the buyer terms and refund policy below. Zeeggle’s usage-based estimate does not replace your mandatory consumer rights or Paddle’s refund decision.

Payment information

We send Paddle an account and order reference to connect your payment to Zeeggle. Paddle collects checkout contact, billing and payment details, and sends us transaction and subscription records so we can provide access and handle renewals, cancellations and refunds. We do not send conversation recordings, transcripts or session reports to Paddle for billing.

Card numbers are entered in Paddle’s checkout and are not stored by Zeeggle. Payment data may be processed outside your country. Paddle’s privacy notice explains its entities, international transfers, retention and privacy rights.
